"We would fund any Project which is Financially viable, in Any Sector and in Any Country, which is Politically and Economically Stable."
Do not believe them!
They are all about the initial fee then the stream of excuses starts.
Once you get to a point where you are certain they will not be able to provide the funding they claim, try getting your initial "deposit" back and see how you go.
Stay away from both of these guys.
