Will collect but won't pay

We were contacted by their satellite office out of Houston, TX to do some collection work for us. We did use them and have yet to be paid even though we have been given assurance that we will get our money. Very unprofessional and hard to get a hold of. I actually went down to their office in Houston only to find a few employees in an office with a locked door. I knocked and spoke with someone who was no help what so ever. I keep getting called back and told that they had basically robbed Peter to pay Paul but had just been given a line of credit to pay the companies the money that they had collected (stolen) back. I too was told that a check would be mailed out and I asked for a check number along with a tracking number and have yet to see anything.in dealing with these people they were supposed to send us a contract which they never did. We thought it would take a couple of weeks to collect but they hired a private investigator who sat in our clients office and collected within 3 days after we had spoken with RG. We are now going on a year to receive our money!
