Threats, harrassing?

I received a call from an international caller of Iranian or African descent saying a lawsuit was pending against me. I said i did not know of this and was connected to the supervisor. His name was Edward Dodson @ 2132560408 the only one im to contacted once i have the money. He read me an Affidavit? And the amount including court costs if i do not pay is 9thousand some dollars, but if i can pay in a hour 200 but i can pay the 400.86 i owe cash net to drop it all. Then i was told to get it from someone to settle this. I have never heard of these people but have had a online payday loan that was charged off on my credit. And he said if i pay it my credit will remain in good standards as it is and i know he is lying cause my credit been f*ked up|!
