Representatives of Kerr and Hendershot Law firm, TX make claims that there is a lawsuit against you for loan from Cash Advance America

I have received several calls over several months from these individuals claiming that there is a lawsuit against mr for an unpaid payday loan. I have filled out several online applications, but did not recieve any loan from Cash Advance America as they say. I believe my information has been comprimised and I am afraid of being a victim of identity theft. I am told by the so-called collectors that if I dont respond then I will go to jail and that they would see me in court. They are abusive and I have contacted the law firm Kerr and Hendershot, whom they claim to represent, and they are aware of the scam. They have called my employer and I want something to be done to these people. The calls are harrassing and borderline terroristic. The names that have been given are Jack Smead, Mike Johnson, Edward Collins. I dont know what else to say except that I hope these people are brought to justice. I can't take it anymore.
