Unauthorized Debit/Check

Freedom Discount Club delivered an unauthorized check for $34.19 to my consideration, creating facility costs of $34.00; I've never heard about the corporation, nor understand what that is for. I named them-they offered a termination #, but cannot access their site to approach a return. I'll have my lender perform a "charge-back".
