I started driving for panther expedited services may 09 It was a horrible experience because I feel panther chooses to look the other way when an owner operater does not want to be honest and pay the drivers. I have repeatedly contacted panther about charles bentley and how he has taken advantage of me while I drove for him. All I hear from panther is we have a contract with the owner not you so what they are saying is we dont care if you dont get paid. I have all my receipts on all the money i have received since working for panther. But I dont have any statements on what panther has paid charles bentley and I have been asking him since I have started. I want proof of what I have made from panther and what I owe him since at the end of the year I will have to pay taxes on all the money. I was not paid for my last two jobs that I drove for panther and panther will not tell me if he received the money. Who is there to protect us drivers since panther will not and the lease owners treat good drivers like slaves and steal from us. I found many drivers are being treated the same way. We are being robbed. And I blame panther because they never explained this to new drivers like myself. I am no longer driving my goal is to help other drivers not go through the pain and hardships I have since working for panther (a term they hate me using sorry panther I was the one that had a 100 percent exceptance rate and 100 percent on time pick up and delivery I did that for your company not the lease owner.
