Contract Policy is ethically wrong

My partner created really a poor skin disease in March. It had been so poor he needed to visit a physician immediately. It had been a staph infection.

The physician hypothesized this one of why he created this disease might have been since he was in a swimming/or spa on many events. The only real spa/share he was in was at Lifetime Exercise.

He experienced hell.

Therefore, I named Lifetime Exercise to stop his account on April 1st. The girl who responded the telephone believed to me that my spouse needed to be the main one to stop the agreement. Nevertheless, she stated, ‘he might send a notice and signal it. And also the notice needs to be postmarked by May 5th.’ She offered me the tackle on Higgins Road and that I was ready to proceed.

The only real issue was that she overlooked to see me the notice needed to be “certified.”

I shipped the notice on April 2nd using the day, my husband’s membership #, a prepared declaration stating he desired to stop his account, and his trademark.

While May 1st arrived around, I had been billed again for another month! I had been (but still am) mad

Morally it’s not right.
