I refinanced my home in 2006 to purchase a company. The financial institution was Fremont Invrestment Loans (poor organization!). They offered it to ASC/Wells Fargo Bank. It had been repair for just two decades after which turned flexible. 6 months before change to flexible I named ASC requesting to assist me refinance.
