They wont help lower my mortgage

I've been attempting four weeks in order for them to reduce my mortgage. Under the HAMP department. I've provided all of them the infrmation they required. Today they're delivering for their underwriters, but among the people within the dept. Just explained i don't obtain the change. I create 654.in s, secutiy and my mom gives me 300. Per month and my x huband has decided to provide my 600.00a month for that existence of the mortgage. Our mortgage is 1000. Oo a month and that I require it decreased right down to atleast to 500. Oo per month, today I'm a few months behind and don't understand what to complete, they keep showing me to hold back however the longer i delay the mortgage comes behind. They don't contact me back they don't tell me something mean-time im getting further behind.
