Ripoff not accountable to their customers try to find ways to charge extra

After 5 years with GMAC we refinanced and in the process was sold to Homecomings.in the 3 months we have been TRYING to pay our loan correctly, it seems that we, a) cannot get online to pay the bill after registering SEVERAL times, b) cannot get anyone to call us back with information in a timely manner, and c) entering the wrong amount of the check, but charging us a late fee that should not have been charged. After speaking with the representative, they stated "they would take care of it".

I have been reading the entries of other customers and I cannot believe how they are treating customers. I Thank God I have not lost my job, and I am truly sorry for those families having difficulties and this company not standing behind them.
