After being suckered in to a $1,800 rent for 49.99 device with flag mat - we do mail-order incidentally - we quit on getting away from it after 9 weeks of telephone calls, characters, and emails. We delivered the equipment in May having a large check.in February of they billed me another $200 for not returning the equipment! I gave them the following range and requested to get a return. Yes, Ok we are able to do this. 40 days later still no return. Called again. Required 4 calls to obtain a boss. There can not be that lots of people within the location. They've today expedited my reimbursement also it ought to be below within 5 to seven days. I wont keep my breath. But I gotta try.
