Unauthorized withdrawel from my account

I went online to check my account today. Low and behold I found a charge against my account by this company Freedom Subscription (www.freedomcs.com). The company was never authorized to debit my account for anything. I really don't even know what they do. Even more concerning is that they have my daughter's email and the last 4 digits of her social security number. When I pulled up the "check" it had my account number and a very bogus signature.
I understand that I will probably have to shut down my account completely.in this day and age, to have to do so, means you cannot handle your finances for several weeks.
