After TaxMasters obtained all of the documtents they reqeusted (that we needed to SEND twice) I'd to complete all of the follow-up to TaxMasters regarding the standing on my bill. I delivered files May 16 and again May 4. I noticed nothing from TaxMasters till I approached them Sept. 9 and 9 more occasions through Nov. 2009. The analyist designated to my consideration was modified twice. Once they were prepared to publish an offer and bargain, the analyist requested me what I needed to provide. I thought which was their work. I eventually obtain a notice, Mar 12 from government that they can not take my present since I've belongings enough to pay for the tax obligation. Our criticism is "Why did not TaxMasters evaluate my paperwork immediately and recommend me that government has these recommendations in position". I'd have organized funds using the government upon understanding that info. They promote to become specialists within this area as well as their employees are previous government workers.

I paid $5500 in several instalments, waited over annually to discover my duty obligation isn't flexible. I have approached them to get a reimbursement, however they declined. Their agreement (page4) states "Company may evaluate monetary information posted"."Company may suggest to Customer what Company believes in its skilled judment to become the very best option for Customer of the different government applications". On page 7, TaxMasters agreement states "Company might, at its single disscretin, refnd the quantity of the reported retainer".
