They are Assholes

These were silly enough to provide me a charge card immediately after i experienced bancruptcy. I settled my statement within the minimal quantity each month, and promptly everytime.

I subsequently dropped my work, and approached them-and informed them I'dnot have the ability to spend my statement promptly.

They charged me late fees, which set me over my restriction, and so I got billed over limit fees along with the late fees.

Our statement has ended 4500.00 today, and the majority of that's the costs.

They got me to courtroom, that we needed to visit 4 times. Ultimately there is a reasoning set against me. The entire period I'm making funds for them via a credit councelling company. However they need a lot more than I will spend. I am spending 80.00 a month, however they need 200.00 a month.

Today they've set a garnishment against my banking account. The thing is, I actually donot possess a banking account. And that I haven't had a merchant account in the lender they're garnishing.

I've called them atleast 50 times through this entire experience. I've talked towards the attorney who displayed them in courtroom, but not one of them may hear, and do not have a, of what is happening.

But I'm the main one getting attached, with the costs, they placed on my card, simply because they wont perform a darn point to assist me out.
