Low down dirty dishonest in Texas

After reading all of the ripp-offs. My heart is full of compassion and I need to do some about it. Texas currently have not passed what we call redemption laws and as of now are one of the last state left to comform these laws. There is help! Faribanks does this because our laws allow it.

We lost our home and refuse to give them possession!!! Yes it cost, We fell behind due to the economy and after calling fairbanks, which sent a video describing that help was available to us.

After watching the video we called and was informed that we were not to the foreclosure process and guess what, We sent a payment and they received it, but their Rep was out on leave due to a death in his family. He finally returned our call after two weeks.

Then we proceeded with a forebearance arrangements, that I thought would put us a ease. This was in December he was to fax me the forms to sign, after a day and not hearing a word I began to call. Talking with serveral people that couldn't handle my account and the rep who I knew by first name was not vailable.

I got forceful and demanded to talk with a person in charge and was told that someone would call me back, the rep voice mail was full a could not receive any more messages. So we never spoke to a person that could help us and in January we finally got some one the that informed us that we were forclosed with one month owning, But with all of the late fees and other rediculos charges we suddently owed two months and because they do not post the payment they received from us.

How could this happen I asked, they were rude and told me I needed to move. I'm not sure what others are going through, but we fought back I refused to moved. I went to the law library in my state. I read and asked questions. I found an advocate group in Texas that had a lot of information to get us in the right direction.
First I went to a realtor, because this happens a lot and the companies intimidate you and hassle you into moving, offering you money to leave what you have spent your life savings on.

All because they want you house. Currently we are under a gag order so the details can't revel. Texans there is help, but it is a process through the courts and it is kept out of our ways to save ourselves.

We never received proper notice, Guess what it went to the wrong address and was received by someone we don't know. I was very upset, but I just prayed and ask for answers.

Property is a gift from god and we all deserve it. Legally you have the right to fight for your homestead so fight and listen, read and go to you law library and educate yoursevles, but never give up!!!
