Midland Credit Management Fischer Education Draughon Business College (student loans)

These people have called periodically since but now have intensified their efforts to calling twice a day, every day for the last 6 months and now have sent me a letter giving me a payment plan budget plan to repay a student loan from Draughon Business College in Lawton, OK. That closed down before I got to finish the school (I atteded 3 months). Also it has been since 1993,17 years. Apparently there were alot of educational violations among other things and a bankruptcy in 1992-93-94-95 and it was a secondary subsidiary school through Fischer Education. I only learned alot of this online this morning after I called them to find out who they were and what that wanted being as the correspondence said EDUCATION in heading of letter. Basically all I know is that this has never shown up on my credit and I have never heard from any of these people until 2005. Letter stated that I owed balance of $2149.29 and that it would continue to accrue interest. It stated that the balance included interest... I realized that if interest was building for 17 years that the BALANCE would be GREATER...-duh
