Ing Direct
ING Bank FSB, ING Group Illegal Foreclosure, illegal eviction procedure

Business & Finance

Obtained a purchase money loan from ING Bank in 2007. The loan process went fairly smooth, and the terms were great. After two years of on time payments, I fell behind due to job loss and the struggling economy.inG refused to work with me, refused to explore a possible loan modification, and refused to take what little payments I did have to send them. They set a sale date for my home to be auctioned, then promised to halt the foreclosure so I could have more time to send in payments due. Then they reneged on this promise and took my house anyway! I immediately did a forensic loan analysis and found multiple disclosure violations in my loan documents. I proceeded with a civil complaint against ING, asking them to reinstate my loan due to the violations contained in my loan. As the lawsuit was going on, they couldn't start the eviction proceeding due to my injunction against them. I was in process of getting a temporary restraining order (barring ING or any other entity from contacting me regarding the foreclosure because of pending litigation).

While I was away from my home for a few days, ING had a Realtor criminally break into my home and change my locks! No eviction, no nothing, just break in and change locks. Where are we living, the Kremlin? What ever happened to due process of law? ING was required to get a writ of possession before entering my property. I live in a gated community, and now the HOA won't let me on the premises because they say they are being pressured by the bank/realtor not to let me in. My home is in the name of the bank, as they did complete the foreclosure process to that point, but there was never any eviction (due to the pending litigation)!

ING's business practices are third rate. Their customer service is from India or Pakistan, and they routinely think they are above the law. Now my lawsuit will include the realtor, the HOA, and the Sheriff dept for ignoring the fact that there was no 'writ of possession.'

ING sucks a mortgage servicing. They're always making mistakes, misapplied payments, lying, cheating, and now they commit fraud in the foreclosure process as well. Is this how they spend my bailout money? Someones going to pay!
