Fraudently took money out of my bank account

TLG*shoppers has somehow charged my charge card (money-credit) for 14.99 twice. About 28 days apart. I actually donot understand what this website is. And that I have no idea who to contact. I tried searching for this site and all i discover is individuals worrying about being scammed. I believe I'll simply contact my lender within their web scam departm ent. Could anybody recommend other things for me personally?
