Loan Modification/Forclosure

I suppose I am experiencing thr discomfort of numerous, but wells fargo explained these were really assisting me using the loan modification they understood of the forclosure purchase day but still went combined with the forclosure when that day approved. I talked towards the consultant which was assisting me and he rapidly reffered me back again to were a commenced, when he explained to my shock he did not manage VA Loans. Duh!!! And you knew that after... Solution right from the start. I delivered to characters to rescind the foreclosure purchase and also the fist notice was refused in under fourteen days. Bear in mind the foreclosure procedures have today started. The 2nd notice they chose to evaluation and on April 7 a explained that anything was a chance they'd rescind the foreclosure and could be delivering me info out asap!!! Not too quickly, I called back May 12 and today they're stating it is still in evaluation. I actually named the lawyers employed by them-and they stated that they'venot obtained something to prevent the foreclosure and that I might have two to three months prior to the sheriff provide me the ultimate eviction notice. You know what today I am anxiously available today buying rental with poor credit and also the unfortunate but amusing thing is just a had the cash to pay for your debt and lawyer charge last month with no one desired to assist...
