OverDraft fees

I used my debit card twice to eat $3.40 and $4.10 on April 12, on my on lIne checking account it shows pending but the money was reserved by the Wells Fargo to pay these items. On April 14 I had a balance of 0.91 after the two items were deducted and a check 1184 for $25.00 came through on April 14. On April 15 my Payroll check went through, so I was expecting to be hit with one $35.00 overdraft fee, but no that wasn't the case I got hit with three $35.00. I called Wells fargo and they explained to me that they took the check for $25.00 than the other two items. That made no sense to me seeing that the other items were pruchased on the 12th. Her explaintation to me that they were waiting for the store receipts, but the money was reserved to pay so they should have taken the small items first. I got no where with her. I'm a single parent. I live on a tight budget as it is and for Wells fargo to have this type of Business practices is very questionable. Can you help? I hope I have the right link to file a complaint. Thank You
