LPG - Integrity Payments System wants to rip you off!

Please read Report: #181596 by John from Tucson, Arizona. I have read John's story and many other. The same exact thing happen to me. You first get a call how your company is on a Tier 5 level and you qualify for a low merchant rate. Acouple days later, a sales guy shows up to your business with his laptop to show you how muchmoney he can save you with his lame spreadsheet program.

When I signed up, the sales rep from Integrity Payments System made promisesto me. He promised that I would have abetter rate and would cover my termination fee with my current merchant ifI switched to his company. Since then, it's been a completenightmare! I've been having credit card terminal issues and customer serviceissues. It takes me over a hour just to do ONE credit cardtransaction. You can't run a business like that. Eventhough I did save, it wasn't that much of a savings as he said it wouldbe when I received and looked over my statement. I've try many times to call my salerep to find out if he is going to cover my termination fee. He neverreturned one phone call when I left numerous messages about it. After two months, I decided to called up Integrity Payment System andLease Finance Group to tell them I needed to cancel because ofall the issues I have had. They explained to me that I couldn't andthat I'm locked into a "Non-Cancelable Lease" for 4 years. I feltlike such an idiot that I got locked into a 4 year credit card terminallease for $79/month. That's $3792.00! I asked the person from LFGif I could get out of this agreement and I would pay forthe credit card terminal. They said it would cost $4300.00. The machine doesn't even cost that much. It's been a painfultwo months and now I'm stuck with a brand new credit card machine I won't beusing. I feel completely taken advantage of.

Do NOT do business with this company! Just look at there rating on the Better Business Bureau. BBBon lpg. I'm on board with John. If there is a class action lawsuit with thiscompany, I want in. For now, I'm calling my bank to stop this companyfrom debiting anymore money out of my account.
