The run around

In November I sent in the forms and all necessary paperwork for the Loan Modification Program.in December I was informed they were missing my bank statement. I faxed this to them about 6 different times and they continued to say they did not have it.

Finally in February they acknowledged they had it but insisted I did not send them all the pages. I repeatedly told them that since this is a savings account there was only one page to the statement. Finally they told me to fax them a letter stating this, which I did. They then said they had everything and give them about two weeks.

When I called back in two weeks they said they were missing my unemployment award letter. I faxed this to them and called and was told they have everything. They now say they need a new form allowing them to pull my tax returns which was included in the original package I sent them.

Each time this happens they then tell me that it will take thirty to sixty days for a determination. I have cleaned out my bank account and 401K making my mortgage payments.

At this point I no longer know how I will be able to make payments and my family will probably lose our home.

In addition I received a letter from the City of Battle Creek informing me my property taxes have been reduced but my mortgage payments have not gone down accordingly.

Please help me in any way you can to resolve this issue.
