Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing credit card scam

I got a call from Shak at extension 845 telling me that I have been approved for a Visa with a $1000 limit, 9.9 percent interest, no annual fees which I questioned, they asked me if I wanted a second card and what name should be on it.

There was a one time set up fee of $187. One they have the fee I should have the card in 20-25 days. What a got was a packet of crap. I called and asked for reimbursement. I sent them back the package and have been waiting for my money for 13 weeks now. They false advertised and took money under false pretenses.

Everytime I call they tell me that they will escalate. They put you off so long that now you have no recourse with your bank.
