Goldman, Warshaw & Parrella
Jeff Parrella, Esq. Sends out fake summons to scam money from

I received what checked out to be a fake summons for a valid credit card debt that i was working out with chase bank. I was alarmed because i was the one calling making arrangements with chase when i received this so i was thrown off and it didnt look right.
I called the number (212) 573-6909 it was disconnected. I later found a website with little information. I guess they thought i would write a check and send it to their PO Box. LOL
Several things struck me as strange with this fake peice of work. Working in a law in the past, i know you do not serve summons without sending them certified mail return receipt. The wording of this summons didn't make any sense. That's the reason i called, only to find the number disconnected.
Thankfully, upon research, i found many complaints about this company, so now, i will take the time, to file every report i can, and use every resource available to make sure they will not be happy they deciced to send this letter to me.
I encourage you, if you have this problem, to do the same.
