Tompkins County Clerk Mass signing of false judgments cost me $24,000 Ripoff

Received a copy of a judgment (won by default) from Goldman and Warshaw law offices in New Jersey. Namely, a stupid county clerk by the name of Aurora Valenti in Tompkins County (located in Ithaca, NY) signed and approved an obviously bogus summons against me that I never received. Process server says they served a Melisa Doe on my behalf and that she had blonde hair. No one that lives here has blonde hair, I was never served, I never receievd anything in the mail.

I called Aurora Valenti, but got her partner Elizabeth Smith. She claims they did their job right, but I say that if they did they would have never let this go through since I have never dealt with Bank of America in my life!

I called Goldman and Warshaw to talk to the lying lawyer Jeffery Perrella, but they wouldn't let me talk to him. Naturally they defend their position, so I have contacted Bank of America myself.

I think Goldman and Warshaw paid off Aurora Valenti and Elizabeth Smith got some too. I have heard that they both mass process summons to get more money for the county anyhow, so it all smells rotten.

Yah, Aurora and Liz did their jobs alright, they did it to make extra bucks for Tompkins County, so they should be added to this crooked list along with Bank of America, Goldman and Warshaw and Jeffery Perrella (who is a lying scumbag of a lawyer).

Not my debt, never was, never will be!
