Jacks up rates

Bank of America simply jacked-up their prices in the centre of the payment period. Once they did so that they also created the curiosity raise retroactive to previous purchase we were still paying down. Unsure that is actually authorized. Because when bought created they created using a rate of interest and today they've nearly doubled that. Plus to tell the truth, their in bank customer support may be the worst. Not the problem of the tellers, there simply are not actually enough workers around to complete the task. 20 units in-line to obtain a bank draft is absurd.
