Jack Katz answers online adv, has to get rid of money in seven days. Very persuasive
calls every 30 minutes, requests company seeking funds to fly to Belgrade, to meet him in person before investing. Once in Belgrade, requests upfront fee to cover bank converting foreign funds to USD. Two people who flew to Belgrade did not receive funds.
Space Exploration Corp, in FL says he received funds had to wait 45 days.
A complete scam. He has people who need funds buy airfare, then request upfront fee.
