Xyz warehouse Did not know about a 3 day trial period, can't get my money back!

I signed up for more information, that would be shipped to me for 2.97. I waited to receive something in the mail. Then 5 days later 139.95 was debited from my account causing me to overdraft.

I immediately called the company and my bank. The company was overly clear they would not refund my money. I talked and talked, finally someone gave me an address to their legal dept., but I do not think that will help.

I feel so stupid, I thought I read everything, and felt comfortable I was getting more information for my 2.97 so I could make an educated decision. I don't understand how they can legally not offer a full refund.

Do not go with this company!
