Would not refund 139.00 charged to credit card

The company has a three day trial period but did not send me the criteria to get on there website where I could of seen that they were going to charge me 139.00 in addition to the 2.95 initial fee. When I called after being billed on my credit card they said this was all laid out in the information. Just a big scam as far as I am concerned.
