Unathorized Charges from checking

I thought I had been trying to get a pay day loan, but determined I did not wish to take. Many times later, my bank account was billed $149.95. I named the 800-number and was informed I ought to have browse the fine-print, the $149.95 was a membership charge to get an unprotected $7500 charge card. I had been compelled to maintain the "card" with guarantees of getting a sign in the email for $75. I had been informed that it'd damage my credit by rescheduling the card. I insisted the consideration be terminated, but just $105 is likely to be attributed back again to my back and it'll get 14 days. USA Credit retains a $35 application fee. I'd like the $35 back as well as the $30 facility charge!!!
