Charged my credit card before I received product

I've been billed twice. 99 (April 17) for cleaning pills and weight loss supplements. I've named twice and was once informed credit to become released within 3-7 times—not occurring. I named nowadays and was informed credit will not be observed on charge card statement until 30-60 days. Then I named later today and was informed the credit was made on May 17th for $159.98, which my charge card firm claims hasn't been created. I've advised my charge card organization and there's a PROBLEMATIC notice on these two costs.
