Signed on for 7 day trial to see if benefits are better than my CreditKeeper.com account. After cancelling my accout on the 5th, I had $14.95 charged to my account on the 6th, called on the 12th to get refund.initially they weren't going to refund but after a run-around thru CS, and since I was a "Valued Customer" they will credit my account. But I have to wait 7-10 days. What a sham even after our so-called credit reform. That will teach me to ALWAYS Check First.
