Taking ridiculous deposit and then making me wait for sevice

I believe it's definitely ridiculous that FPL is permitted to cost absurd remains after which cause you to delay to obtain support. After battling ahead up having a $330 deposit they nevertheless did not change my lights on nonetheless. Evidently the stop period is 2pm (which no body bothered to inform me) I settled at 2:30 and that I still don't have any lamps 24 hours later. I've 3 young children. Two administrators later they explained they'd link me by night that evening so when I called back at 9:30pm they explained they ceased for that evening. After I questioned when they were gonna phone and inform me, still another boss informed me no really rudely. There's got to become someone that will help. I simply moved here from NYC which is brand new in my experience. There's no-light deposit up there so when you would like support they transform it directly on.
