After selling the shares from last 4 months they are harrasing me in sending the checqe

I'm from India. I offered my stocks on December 30th. Still today I did so, t obtain my cheque. I deliver large amount of e-mails they're stating that they're not able to deliver the checque. I named them on March 15th They informed that they can substitute the check and certainly will deliver the check in 15 operating days. But they didn't deliver. On May 5th I named they informed be on-hold and after fifteen minutes they disconnected the call. I deliver around 20 e-mails but every time thay say that they're experiencing some issues in understading the differemt countries postal rules. They are harassing me from last 4 weeks
