Lopez & Morris
Luis Lopez, Geoff S. Morris, Ashley C. Sedaghat Charged $2,500 for loan modification. After all paperwork was in. They failed to update us. No communication for 4 months. Don't return calls, no appointments to discuss problem

On June 11, my husband and I received the packet for loan modification from Matthew Lopez of Lopez and Morris and by the end of August, all docs were in. We are senior citizens, 77 and 66. We had a servicing agent by the name of Jenna who contacted us a couple of time but by November, we had heard nothing further. We began calling the Brockton office to find out what is going on and were told that Jenna was no longer with the firm. We were told that Araceli was our new contact person. Araceli has not contacted us at all.

On December 13, we wrote a letter to Luis Lopez because were were disturbed about the lack of communication. We received no word from him. We were gone for two weeks in December but upon our return, we began in earnest to call Lopez & Morris. All through January, we called and left word. We left word with Araceli and Hector Lopez on January 21 and received no return telephone calls. Finally Hector Lopez called us on Feb. 8 after I sent out several emails to anyone at Lopez & Morris. Hector apologized for dropping us in a black hole and asked that they continue to serve us. We wrote a letter stating we had no more trust in this firm.

As of today, no one has called us, no one has updated us. Their reply to Better Business Bureau was full of lies but in that reply they admitted not contacting us. We reported them to the CA Bar and to Better Business Bureau. We are feeling helpless.

I will be picketing the office from 11:00am to 3:00pm, Monday-Friday, April 5-9. I could use some help. They shouldn't be able to get away with bad service.
