Salvador Lopez entered into real estate contract and requested real estate agent to advance payment for inspection services. Lopez then reneged on purchase and would not reimburse agent for inspection cost. Would not respond to registered letters requesting payment and would not return phone calls. He owns El Rey Foods in Downey California. He is unscrupulous, unethical and dishonest. He will rip you off if you give him a chance. Do not trust anything that comes out of his mouth as it will probably turn out to be a lie.
