Unauthorized Service

I obtained a "welcome" e-mail from InfoCALL, informing me that I'd be charged $14.95 monthly due to their "endless telephone concierge service." Their concept suggested that the "regular service-fee of $14.95 might instantly be charged to my house phone bill every month underneath the OAN/ESBI bill site."

Termination directions were:

"Please don't react to this mail! Should you desire to contact us or stop your support, you might achieve this by calling our client service centre at 1-877-768-3665. You may also email us at customerservice@InfoCall.Us."

I had been ready to contact and stop, seeking evidence of termination. I also required a duplicate of the Notice of Company they claimed obtained, also it was sent to me. The record included my name, tackle, and telephone number with wrong mom's maiden name, showing in my experience the purchase they held for this company was deceptive.

I called my telephone company and discovered they CAn't be plugged until following the first unauthorized demand seems. BEWARE, and study your phone bill carefully.
