Total Merchant Solutions Hostile service lives only for cancelation fees

The sales rep, John Berken wrote down 1.89% and circled it saying this was the only fee I would pay for any and all card types or services. I trusted him only to find out that other rates on the same page would apply to various cards. I was stupid and got slammed. Well when I called the company to straighten things out i had to wait 17 minutes to talk to someone who told me that I needed to get back with John Berken. I called him and he acted sympathetic telling me he would straighten things out with the ameribanc. This went back and forth for a couple of months till I gave up on his lip service. He kept saying he could fix it for me and seemed amazed that I wasn't seeing a refund for the overcharges.
Also I was getting charged for "pin based debit card" services that I never subscribed to as all cards were run as credit cards. The pin based card was in another area of the contract that I clearly didn't sign so this was a blatant rip off. The annula fee hit of $195 also conveniently omitted by John Berken.
The fees were outragous and I called to renogtiate the 3 year contract. They were unfriendly and could care less. They prefered the cancellation fee to the many thousands of dollars they could have earned with reasonable rates.
Totally uncompetitive mischievious service lives only for short term profit as you will be forced to cancel and go for a competitive rate service like Costco which I am now happy with at about 1/2 the price.
