Making Home Affordable BofA HOME LOAN MODIFICATION SCAM

Bank of American Home Loans Servicing's Retention Department has been jerking me around since 2008. Just when it seemed they were going to help me save my home in August of they reduced my mortgage payment on an interim basis and had me complete a loan modification pack. I've sent the paper work in three times and spoken to a host of rude employees. Just today I received a FedEx'd letter from the bank stating I did not sign the paperwork correctly or my signature was incorrect {Incorrect or Incomplete Borrower Signatures ex. Missing borrower signature, Missing borrower suffix from signature, signature is defferent from loan documents}. WHAT THE HECK DOES IT TAKE TO GET BANK OF AMERICA TO HONOR MY LOAN MODIFICATION??? I was laid off from my job and I'm doing my best to pay my house note and keep my home!!! I need help when are they going to take this seriously?
