Don't opt for Wellsfargo home mortage. To begin I had been authorized to get a $120K mortgage, place a bet on the $140K house based on 20K deposit plan. Wellsfargo was recommened to utilize for this unique deposit plan. This program went out-of cash before we shut consequently couldn't follow-through will the agreement because of being 20K brief. Been calling for 2months spoke to some whole of 10 people stating my check had been shipped. Haven't observed the look for about 8wks been waiting. SUBSEQUENTLY i spoke to somebody nowadays stating I'll not be getting a check they're maintaining for "Costs". Really rude and condesending perceptions. Keep way from these idiots!!
