Harassing about my aspergers

I have aspergers I went to SIUC for two years which had a program for Aspergers. My family went through a divorce, my grandpa the cosigner died of a heart attack, from the sale of my grandparents only a portion paid for part of it. Fast foward a little over two I applied and received SSI which is excluded from garnishment then about a couple weeks primary calls the house and i gave permission to speak to my dad, he got into a little argument with the collection agent the person didn't understand SSI was excluded from garnishment until the end of the phone call. We call back the next day and the new lady we talked to thought i was lying on my loan application about my aspergers and might take fraudlent legal action against me when the loan was for a university which had a program for aspergers, and was asking out of place when I was diagnosed.
