S ripoff scum liars cheaters appraiser fraud criminals

Hello,

I am a former manager of ameriquest mortgage in grand rapids, mi and i can't keep quiet anymore. They have threatened me with a law suit if i continue to "belittle their company". I can tell you first hand that they will do anything to get a loan through, i mean anything. They make deals with appraisers who do their dirty work. They usually make an under handed partnership with 2 appraisers that are local to their offices.

We are told during training that we are to keep our mouths shut and do what we are taught (lie, duplicate signatures and direct the appraisers as to how much to appraise the homes for) we sent the appraisers a fax with the information and they were to respond accordingly. I was contacted by a customer who i know we appraised their home for 70k more than it is worth to make the loan go through. She recently tracked me down somehow and i felt like hell after we finished our conversation. These people are going to lose their home.

My office was closed down for a month because the fbi came into our office and found out we were frauding the customer. I immediately quit and all the employees left also. Now they have reopened with a bunch of pupets who will fulfill ameriquest's dirty work.

I'm sorry for the hurt i have caused and i'll pray for all those who were affected by the fraudulent activities that we were forced to do. Call your fbi and report them and also contact an attorney immediately.
