Harrassment and pulling credit report numerous times

I've been being bothered by NRN, they contact 5-10 times each day while I'm at the office, despite i told them my work hours, being that they are prohibited to frighten me while I'm working. I've requested in order for them to deliver me communication through the email, they've not, i created a cost, but my stability didn't drop so when somebody employed my charge card the financial institution experienced my credit with me and arrived at discover that NRN had drawn my statement not once but twice! Without my choice or information.

They're shadey and that I won't being spending something onto the corporation! Other people end up having them?
