I also have experienced many issues with AES. I borrowed from their website to accomplish my BSN in nursing and before my mortgage matured I settled the corporation entirely. AES delivered me a declaration having a stability of $2467.34 and so I settled the entire quantity prior to the deadline. After spending the total amount entirely AES delivered me another statement having a stability of $25.00 due. Does the corporation simply increase the stability of every declaration sent to allow them to proceed to gather cash? I questioned the total amount and also have been harassed since. AES calls me many times each day today but I simply hang-up in it. They've also documented a poor score on my credit history. I've documented them towards the Attorney General Office of PA. However they simply exchange communications to AES and deliver me their reaction. I'd like to discover a lawyer that's prepared to prosecute the corporation for scam and break of agreement. I'm ill and fed up with coping with the corporation and want to begin a boycott against them.
