NES I was told to hire more white people and less black people

I was recently let go from NES unjustly and in a cowardly manner. After years of service, it was a kick in the teeth how I was let go. I hope this company fails. They deserve every bad thing that will come their way. For years, they turned their heads while knowing their collectors broke the law. They also wanted more white people than black people. They also openly discriminated against older applicants. They also got drunk and made fools of themselves at their own holiday parties. Often w / their pants hanging down. Total trailer-trash.
Ernie Pollak is just old and needs to retire. He's set in his ways and had not transitioned into the 21st century.
Jeff Pollak is quiet and cannot be trusted.
Chris Pollak is a drunk. He's fat and has some complex where he feels he must throw his power around. His face turns red and acts to intimdate others. I thought he was a joke.
Scott Pollak is useless.
Chris Taylor is a snake in the grass who cannot be trusted and smells funny and his a complete hillbilly. Sold himself to the devil to get ahead.
Beth Conklin has worked at NES since she graduated HS. She has no college degree, therefore no options in life. She has worked her way up my kissing ass and sucking up to the Pollaks. She is in constant paranoia of losing her job. I don't blame her. She has no transferrable skills and has a made a life out of the collections business. If she gets fired or the company closes its doors - she has no other choices. No wonder she's an evil b*ch.
Mike Conklin is another one. He hates his job, but because of a lack of education has no other choice than to kiss the Pollaks' a* all day long just to hold on to his job. He will do anything and has NO backbone whatsoever. Not to his employer, not to his overbearing wife.
The people at this company do not know how to run a business, fire the wrong people, keep non-contributing employees just because they're family. They dodge the media. They hire criminals. And cannot be trusted. I would not work for this company and feel sorry for those that still do. They cleary feel they have no other options in life. When I was finally let go, it was done by HR. Not one owner or manager came in to talk to me. Also, after years of service there was no severance. This is a trashy company. They have three lawsuits pending against them. I hope they lose, and close their doors forever.
