Misdirected payment in their favor!

I've two loans with Citifinancial. One a second mortgage plus one a little unsecured loan. They've been bothering me for weeks since I have was unemployed. I've been making cost although not the entire funds. I then found out they've been publishing funds that I designed to the home loan alternatively to my own mortgage to ensure that I seem like I'm truly behind about the 2nd. They're currently getting me to courtroom about the 2nd.
