Call trying to get my credit card number and ss# real quick and rude

I was contacted by this credit dept help line asking for my credit card and social security number i gave them it cause i did sigh up on the walmart page to get a credit card then they were real quit to get off the phone when i asked them some simple questions i then tryed to visit the website they gave to me and it was a false website with all kinds of mistakes and wouldnt even let m see the product i then tryed to call them it was a machine asking for my social security number again
