Attn, these places take your money and do not apply to your acct. When u call to ask them about it well they do not know what u r talking about i have delt with 2 places like this and have lost over 500

Attention;everyone beware of these places. They call u to pay off your debt, u agree to do that, they will cut your debt in half u make payments then u get a receipt in the mail and it say's that u owew the full amount. Then u call them and the person that u talked to to set up the arrangement payment plan, (they are no longer there) so the person that u are talking to knows nothing. I think that it is a shame that these companies can take your money and it does not apply to your bill. I have records of all this, again i think it is terrible that these companies can take advantage of this and nothing being done about it.
