Overcharged to make up for the recession

Txu power is saturated in crap! I spend my expenses complete each month promptly. This month my lighting statement was $1354, their cause was backcharging since November. Our gentle statement round the chilly weeks was $200 that was anticipated, they referring to these were only quotes since our meter wasn't available. With this bill that people first got it mentioned that there is a real reading completed on 12/28/09,1/27/10, and 2/28/10 (that have been the weeks they projected). I obtained a letter dated 1/30/10 declaring that my meter isn't acessible for studying (that I better allow it to be available or I'll shed support, or they'll deploy or move my meter). IF MY METER WAS UNAVAILABLE ON 1/30/10, HOW WERE YOU ABLE TO GET A REAL CONTINUE READING 12/28/09,1/27/10, and 2/28/10? My partner and that I named about 6 occasions to talk to a cust support repetition, 3 of these we offered our telephone numbers out plainly plus they write it along to allow them to call-back if we get disconnected, after I requested one rep concerning the above (regarding real reading completed but meter was unavailable), the rep hung-up on me and not named me back (are you able to state responsible?), the one before that (in payment) couldn't clarify my costs therefore I was used in sales (after informing the repetition that I wasn't attempting to alter ideas or purchase something), the repetition I got from sales stated "I am so sorry, I want I might clarify your statement, but I work-in sales, I cannot realize your bill myself, I'd like to move one to somebody in sales." The repetition I had been used in described my expenses just good. He explained my lighting statement in February was $593. He's out-of his brain! One-rep I talked to stated, do not fear we are able to put up payments for you personally and also you wouldn't get billed a late charge, you'll just be spending $396 for 4 weeks (yes... There have been so much issues regarding energy business rip-offs, that is the majority of them. Can it's all these unauthorized charges is a result of the downturn? Easily actually want to have them i'll switch off everything in the home to get a month and walk out town and we'll see if we still obtain a $500 lighting statement. We believed the energy companies don't care because as customers, we need our energy. They expect us to pay for whatever quantity they wanted to charge due to that. This must stop! They are going to finish raising somebody's blood pressure and may cause a coronary attack or a swing.
