Bankone ripoff see you in court

In april i paid homecoming financial 9,700.00 they cash my check, this was after the stay was lifted in my chapter 7 bankruptcy so i paid the loan up to date they took 5 more payments 1,500.00 monthly on time the hold nin. Oh i throught, i got a letter in sept. Saying you are 2 months befind i sent them copies front and back of the checks, the next month oct. 2001 the postman return stamped on the envelope p.O. Box changed ok next month,

I sent a check to the dallas homecoming they said we can't take this payment because you are behind no way, so i kept sending my checks, the send me a letter stating you house is going into foreclosure, so i kept doing my part by sending my payment on the 25th of the month. Eventho they was still returning them to me so i keep all the return checks not cashed in a special file box, in jan. 2002 i get a letter from underwood law firm saying you need 13,000. Dollars noway, he said you are 6 months behind so if you can from sept. 2001 until jan. 2002 show me 6 months, at this time homecoming would not talk to me, mr underwood seen my checks and he said i am going by what homecoming is giving him in number, so on november they foreclosed on my home because i know that i have done every thing in my power to do the right thing, i have checks that have been return to me since oct. 2001 until oct. every time they send my check back they would put a 20 on it and a letter with the check number stating we can not take this payment.

Now they have filed a unlawful detainer order, i went to court today 0ct. 2 ready hoping to appeal the unlawful detainer, so i am praying hoping the judge will grant me the stay pending appeal, because in december 11 i will return to court on the set a side foreclosure that is filed in the chancery court, i am trying to reach out to some one that is going threw the same as i with homecoming aka bank one financial, last but not lease i am filing a complant with the attorney general office here in mississippi, attorney general mike moore is very fair in helping mississippi consumers thank-you for your time, pray for me and i will pray for everyone that is hurting wrongfuly
